- diverging lat pull down 40lbs x2 sets of 10
- pec fly 40lbs x2 sets of 10
- rear delt 40lbs x2 sets of 10
- then cyling. this time we checked out:-
- the hollywood hills
- sunset crater, arizona
- 8mins = 4.3km
time for bed.
injury update...
it's wierd. my knee is just a dull ache, my shins are abit sore and my shoulders/upper back are also quite sore. i must book myself a massage.
