1.6km to T1
33km cycle
10km run

Should be brilliant fun
At Silvia's as Sue's picking us up then picking Jenny up

Running buddies are awesome :)

Top top day
Woke up so stiff/sore from jet washing 
But all sorted after the fruit bowl HB session with Sue and Donna. Great session. Tough but felt so strong at the end. Endorphins hugely kicked in. Was high as a bloody kite!!

Then lunch with Muts and Moo
Lidls and laundry.

Run with Shazza and Pam
4.2miles 54.56
Felt so relaxed. Chatted the whole way - ran from Shirley to common, around the common then back via Winchester road. 
Could I have done it all again?
I think I could have which is a relief seeing as I'm doing the club champs standard tri this Sunday and the NF half marathon next Sunday :)

Just me in the box today. 88% session. Thought I'd struggle. It was tough but I just kept grinding it out, plus Lindsey helped a lot!!

Met Penny for squash at 8am. Fabulous match - Penny won but I got a few good shots.

Weights then track :)

What a fab day
Cycled to WL
Met Michelle after work in the gym to lift weights - 1st time ever!!! Loved it

15kg bar
Managed to get to 20kg weights each end = 55kg dead lifted. Made up :)

Then cycled to the track
3x 1200m with 75secs rest

7.59
8.02
8.10
= 26.54 for 3.6km 

Very happy with that

Then XX's to celebrate her GCSEs 
Cycling in a flat back tire.
Sigh.

Lates this week so lots of HB

The thing with HB is that you really don't think you can do it until the end and then you realise you've done it. You just have to keep on peddling 

It's about three weeks from the club champs.
Reckon to swim will take me 30mins
1k run to T1 = 10mins
33k cycle = 1:20
10k run = 1:15
Total about 3:15 :)

HB then TV

Great HB session - low cadence. Tough as tired from jet washing and the track but also good to train fatigued.
Tea with Sue and Jenny afterwards.
Then home and TV - a lot of NFL on prime :) and eating / cooking.

Bedtime now xx

Weighed myself before bed. I'm getting heavier :( 
Now 13:7 nearly 13:8.
Thank goodness I'm back training. Just need to stop eating chocolate.

Climbed Snowdon!!

1085m of climbing
14km there and back
3:06 up
Just under an hour at the summit
2:30 coming down
6:32 for the whole thing :)
Amazing 

Did it with Pam, B, Shazza, Dan, Flo and Ollie

So glad I've done it

Soles of my feet sore
Legs a bit throbbie
Overall though I'm okay
