2nd week of getting ready to Go Long

My actual training plan doesn't start till February but I've started to up my activity and work on my S&C ready for when my training proper starts.

It's mainly tri club swimming, some bike rides and lots of the gym

Plus I love my kitchen cabinets - they are my training white board 🤗💪

01/01/23 Parkrun 5k 50mins 1st lap walked, 2nd lap 30sec walk / 30sec run
02/01/23 bike ride in the New Forest 55km 3hours
