- 5min run/1min walk, 3min run/1min walk
- 5mins run/1min walk, 5min run/1min walk
- 8min run
but keep doing knee strengthening exercises and now on both knees so equally strong.
really missing the running now!
also i do need to get back into the habit of going to the gym pretty much every day. will go this evening and then tomorrow morning and take it from there.

That's sort of like a scout's pace. Glad both knees are strengthening.
