8 weeks till the brighton half marathon and i'm only being allowed to run 2km's max.
fyi - a half marathon = 21km
oh crap.
i need to go to the gym every day
i need to actually start to lose weight and not just talk about losing weight
i need to keep doing my knee exercises
and i need to blog every day to keep my focus
nice one. plans made. will start tomorrow morning.
