weigh-in week 4

it's taken me 4weeks to lose 1.18% of me. i keep saying this but i really do have to look at my diet. however... liz "bright side" carter... i've actually lost 4.2% of me since starting OF&H.
  • ummmm, that's not really that much.
  • i'm eating too much.
  • bugger.
but on another bright note - my knee is def getting stronger so i should be doing more aerobic exercises soon.

That much in 4 weeks? Especially when you are already getting regular exercise? I think that's good.
