Day 9 of 182

All i can say is thank goodness I do alot of cycling for work. x4 trips, 8.6 miles in all - approx one hours worth of excersize & hills were involved.

I think that's it for today - zumba and more cycling tomorrow.

Liz - the only anwer to what you eat is to have NOTHING containing chocolate (or crisps) in the house!Throw away those easter eggs!!!!!!

hahaha, it just wouldn't be right to throw away easter eggs! i have maybe 3 mouthfuls of one egg left in my fridge and then i promise - no more easter eggs for at least 10 maybe 11 months... Liz x

Don't throuw them out then, just give them away - just but dont eat them - will slow your progress. Eat less sugar and fat for quicker results!
