Day 11 of 182

i did four cycle trips today of just over 2 miles in total - i could have walked to the London Hotel to talk Breakout with David the Manager but then it would have taken 10mins instead of 3...

Tuesday, 17th May @ The London Hotel

IDAHO & Absolution (IDAHO : International Day Against Homophobia)
IDAHO & AbsolutionInternational Day Against Homophobia is a day that the London Hotel has marked for the past 4 years.

This year The London Hotel has teamed up with Mr Andrew Markham of The 5th Character to bring you an evening with a diffence!!

3 of London's finest avant-garde performance artistes are being shipped down for your delectation. Expect politics, hilarity and more than a little queerness.

The Event will also be a fund raiser for Break Out Youth.

You will be asked for a donation on the door of at least £3 each
time: from 7.30pm
door tax: Donations of at least £3

Although when you walk you don't get oil smeared on your cheek which your colleagues then don't tell you about, instead you discover it some time later when you happen to be washing your hands and look in the mirror.

herumph.

i did go to the gym this eve after stitch n'bitch  (i'll post a pic of my stitching tomorrow).

had a run on the treadmill - did 0.8km then my mobile went off so I slammed the emergency stop button while rummaging in my trackie bottoms desperately trying to get the phone out before it rang off.
everything was fine.
so then did another 0.5km. reckon i probably ran for about 12mins in total...

had a go on some of the machines - 5-8reps of quite large weights, then some floor work and stretches. Only there 25mins or so but really chuffed with myself for actually going.

i'm home now, had a shower then had chicken salad for supper.
doing some uni work.

tomorrow is yoga and i'm also wondering if i need to actually run outside?
maybe i'll run over the itchen bridge and back... took me 35minutes on day 1 - might be interesting to see how long it takes me now & how many times i have to stop.

hmmmmm, i guess you'll just have to log on tomorrow eve to see if i do it or not.
