You have the following exercises to look forward to tomorrow evening:
Pulse squats
Single leg raises
Press ups
Step ups
Spiderman mountain climbers
Burpees
Four sets of each exercise 30,45,60 then 75 seconds. Then rest.
Loved it.
Suzanne ill so cancelled HB session - washing up, laundry, further back in time for dinner 40s, race cake snacks and in bed before 11pm.
I must get focused on my training. Brighton is about Six weeks away. Eeeeeep.
