J's back not feeling great so he decided not to run today which meant group A was all mine :)
I loved it.
We did the parkrun route - went from the proper lampost and did the whole route. Thought we'd lost B&J but they were just quicker that we thought!
I sprinted off from R&E as i wanted to get the finish time for the girls.
B and J = 41.45.24
R and E = 44.01.96
E feeling rightly epic :)
Brilliant fun. We did finish ten mins late but not swimming so time pressure alot less - tri club committee mtg 8:10pm as opposed to 8pm swim.
Good fun x
