I'm really loving the Run Leading with Josh :)
Pyramids this eve with seven group A's. Two regular, two returners and three newbies. Running to lamposts with some S&C between each set. Did four sets.
Then fast cycle to Mettricks Guildhall to meet Suzanne and Katherine for burgers and catch up. Pudding at Sprinkles. New episode of Criminal Minds.
Such a fabulous evening x
