Start of week five :)

PCM training plan day one week five is rest. So I did a HB session. Great session - we're in a recovery week 

Shower and now sprawled in my armchair watching Lucy 

Fat club update week 2
Syn count so far is 39, 25, 33
My biggie is the bread - had a cheeky pitta last night when I seemed to be eating anything that wasn't tied down!

Also this time three years ago I flew to the twin cities to not run the twin cities marathon. Fabulous ten days with my mpls/st.paul family xx
