Month 5 day 7

at the gym by 7.55am and on the bike. then me and dan went outside and ran round the parks. brilliant. was knackered but an early morning run of approx 45mins = perfect start to the day.

cycled to cantell for the lunch time health&wellbeing drop-in. it took me just over 20mins to get from city centre no limits to the school. amazing. i'm getting so fit!

ok...
slight blip just now though...

favourite crisps at the moment are the cheese and chive potato snacks from lidls. omg - they're yummy. so... i quite fancied a couple while listening to five live's nfl preview that i was listening to this evening... well. before i knew it. the packet was gone. empty. oooooops.

think i need to go back to fat club. there's a class in shirley on tuesday eve - i have a feeling that i may well be signing up!

gym tomorrow morning.

Go back to fat club (prob shouldn't call it that though). I went this morning. Only 1/2 lb outside my 3lb either way of target so reallly pleased. Blown it tonight coz out eating and drinking. Bit pissed. When you next up? Dxx
