at the gym again by 8.15am cycling, running and working on my upper body. i dont intend to become a muscle mary but i'd like to still be able to do the arm running motion after 3 miles. my arms were soooo flippy floppy on wednesday after running for 45mins.
work - bonkers busy.
then out for a meal and off to the pub with mates to celebrate sharon's bday.
thornhill festival tomorrow for a couple of hours - the cycle there and back will be good excersize and then hopefully the gym either sat or sun. i intend to see if i can reach the magic hour marker...
