oh dear... forgot to post yesterday... and i went to the gym!
fyi: hangover + the gym/go for a run = fine. and i've proved this 2 days running now - sat and sunday...
today though - no alcohol although i did have a sea food pizza from my favourite pizza place:

cycled to sholing and back - mabes 5 miles.
not much else - watched dr who (OMG brilliant), spooks - bottled it - managed 18minutes, then QI - love.
now its bedtime.

less than 6 weeks now to the GSR - need to up my distance - figure i'll add the itchen bridge and go from there...
