alot of cycling today...
7.1miles for work then approx 9miles as i cycled to and from K&S's twice!
= just over 16miles of cycling.
got the gym tomorrow.
also seriously thinking about going back to fat club. running will be alot easier if i'm not lugging round this extra 40lbs i want to get rid off.
