But I did find the results from the standard 5 years ago so I've got something to judge myself against 🤔
I've done very little training as I'm still struggling to get into any training rhythm or going to bed before midnight but I am curious to see how I manage the multi sport aspect of swim/ bike/run one after the other.
Also I do need to remember how to use the triathlon button on my garmin 🤣
