Gentle start to this week with an hour of yoga and half an hour on the bike
This week is medium intensity so will be ramping it up from tomorrow
Tomorrow is 8km run and cycling to, then swimming at David Lloyds
Then it's 4 days at work - tri club swim Wednesday eve, x2 gym sessions then drinks for Pam's bday so may need to gym / swim before working at 8am on Saturday
Long bike ride Sunday - plan is 3 hours
My current 'out for a bike ride' km per hour seems to be 18-20. It needs to be 25km/hr
