Feeling awesome and tired
Track session - 4.6km 45mins
Pilates - the instructor rolled back, rolled forward and stood up. I couldn't do this ๐๐
Senior (over 50) strength session
Practically fell asleep during stretch and relax
1500m 55mins in the pool - did a made up set:
200m pull
200m swim
100m pull
Then x5
50m sprint / rest 15secs / 50m easy / rest 30secs
Then 200m back / breast / some kick
100m pull
100m swim
100m back / breast
Felt great!!!!
Huge supper
Little walk
Now drinking tea and eating chocolate chip cookies
Am feeling awesome about #LizzieGoesLong
My training proper starts w/c 20th Feb xx
