Okay, so today is a rest day - thank goodness as i am sooo tired
On Tuesday27/6 I cycled 90k in 4:45
Was with Jenny for 1:30 and then Fi for 2:00 and then cycled the long way home from Eastleigh to get in another 1:15 - ideally i should have cycled for another 45mins but needed to get home and showered as up to Ashtead that evening to see cousin Ruth 😍
And FYI - i LOVE my new bra - I couldn't feel it at all!
Am hoping to swim in Shepperton Lake this Sunday so will see how it feels after an open water swim

One month till my 1st full ironman distance triathlon
Am i ready??
Maybe not quite yet but i reckon i will be xxx
