Great HB session - low cadence. Tough as tired from jet washing and the track but also good to train fatigued.
Tea with Sue and Jenny afterwards.
Then home and TV - a lot of NFL on prime :) and eating / cooking.

Weighed myself before bed. I'm getting heavier :(
Now 13:7 nearly 13:8.
Thank goodness I'm back training. Just need to stop eating chocolate.
