hi all... I've been rather crap at updating you all on OF&H although i have actually been doing stuff...
- Walked/Ran 10miles last Sunday 20th May in 2hours and 40mins
- Have lost 8lbs in total at fat club (slimming world) in 5weeks
- Have signed up for my next run - a 10k on 24th June @ Polsden Lacey
- Was at the gym this evening - went straight after work
- Have done major cycling - last Wednesday i did nearly 20miles for work and for pleasure
- I now don't buy bread and my chocolate of choice now is a curly wurly
