hmmmm... well i suppose i did walk around ashtead alot - from the station to the rec, then round the rec at ashtead village day, and then walked to mum & dads for a cup of tea and then back to the rec. then rec to mark&deb's - maybe 4 miles...
will go to the gym tomorrow.

left a long one which got lost in the sign in process! Anyway, don't think it's 4 miles. She's tucked in the sofa bed but is argueing it's longer. Mmmmmmm.
