I ran for 30mins last Tuesday then did a fair amount commuter cycling but not much else.
Saturday worked, then Hove and way too much proeseco, pizza and bday cake at Elsie's.
Sunday was more bday celebrations of a lot of pastries shared with the Henry's. Then up to London for NFL - I got a tad carried away with my chocolates and sweets purchases. Debs overnight.
Monday back to London for bacon sarney luncheon and way too many plain chocolate hobnobs and shed loads of tea at Fresty's. Met cuz for red wine and burgers in her apt hotel by the Olympic Park then home.
Today a lot of commuter cycling but raining so no run.
Yay, training is going really well!!!!
Weeks one = 1 run of 30 minutes.
