In fact I'm finding when I swing my leg over my bike it hurts. I can feel a soreness in my right groin. Both getting on and off the bike its my right leg that I swing over
Very tedious
So sore groin, left glute and left leg.
Yet again I have to remind myself that the accident was a big deal. The pelvis has so many muscles, tendons, ligaments all over it and I've really only been active since April / May.
Working with Coach Gemma over the winter is going to be great. And very timely.
However it's also wonderful that I'm sore as it shows I'm getting more and more mobile which is fabulous 🤗
