9 weeks to go - feeling strong

Update!!

Was off work Monday as had a dodgy tummy - slept and cleaned 💪
Back to work Tuesday - cycled while watching Mandalorian when I got home for about 1.25hours.
Wednesday - swam at Ellingham - about 1400m approx 30-35mins. Utterly gorgeous
Plan said to cycle 5 hours this week
Oh good lord - soooo boring!! Managed 3.25 - lovely bike ride to Fawley, Lepe, Beaulieu then home. More Mandalorian
And I need new bike shorts!!

Today - 50,000 steps
Am quite tired.

1.5hour walk with Abel and some of the Camino Way running sisters
More Mandalorian and cooked a chicken
8k run
Cup of tea with Jenny and Alec
4k run
Supper
Scooter to the common
Walked to the track
3.8k STC track session
Walked / jogged to London road 3k
Scooter home as utterly and completely knackered

Approx 19k of running in approx 3.25hours
Approx 2.25hours of walking

50,000 steps
At least 5.5hours on my feet

Swim, gym and some cycling tomorrow
Run and swim Saturday morning before off to Hove to see Clare and E
Then back to work Sunday.

How am I feeling?

Swim = okay - it's just such a long time to be swimming - approx 1.75hours

Bike = not sure. Will have a better idea after next Saturday and the bike leg of the Rattler - 84miles so approx 130km
I guess I'll need to do it ideally in 5.5hours so it'll be interesting to see how long it actually takes.

Run = just concerned about how my feet will feel as my previous long running events since Brighton marathon in 2017 the soles of my feet have got really sore. Figure I need to just have more days of making sure I'm on my feet for at least 5+ hours.

So all in all with about 66 days left till the Outlaw I'm feeling cautiously kinda maybe slightly optimistic that I'll be within the cutoffs by mabes 15-30mins xxx

Oh and FYI I have now finished watching The Mandalorian and thought it was fantastic 🤗
