I've def been a bit quiet on the OF&H front these last few months / this last year. PTSD from Weymouth 70.3 plus new job, bit all over the place with training - kinda lost my blogging mojo.
Well that's all about to change!!!
OF&H(50) kicks off tomorrow for 19 months through to 31/12/19 - the last day of my 50th year. Yep, little Lizzie Lou turns 50 next January - 25/1/19 and I've become complacent with how I train / my fitness / my weight / my girth. Time to have a bit of a sort out physically. It's going to be awesome!!!
I of course have a "fifty" theme...
Lose 50lbs
Lose 50inches of me (so I don't feel like 'the only gay in the village' when wearing a tshirt)
Do 50 press ups - I can do 7 on my knees and zero full ones.
Swim 50 lengths in 30mins
Knock 50mins off my 2017 Southamtpon half time of 2:54.40
Plank for 50secs - no wobbling
Cycle 50miles in 3hours
Try 10x five days of no processed sugar
Try 10x five days of just eating 50g of fat a day
Run 50 consecutive days
Run at least 50mins at least once a week for 50weeks
Go up 50 ftp points at Hurtbox
I've done a chart :)
There's room for more challenges
It all kicks off tomorrow - 1st June 2018.

Oh and NB - it's not all physical - gonna visit 50 new places, consume 50 home grown vegges, write 50 letters, clear out 50 items from my flat / 50 sorting sessions of my flat... Plus plenty of time for more challenges - I've got lots of space on my piece of flip chart paper xx
