Solent Running Sisters running weekend - first run done :)

Omg, I feel fabulous :)
20mins non stop running, then 15mins walking then 15mins non stop running with 8mins of stretching.

I've showered, am drinking water, have made my name badge and am eating a small square of very squidgy chocolate chunked brownie.

I am very happy.
