Well... 31mins non stop run then 7mins of stretching and walking.
Breakfast then Zuma fitness dance party with Paula - brilliant brilliant fun. Gorgeous sports massage with Georgina - worked on my shoulders and legs
Had ten mins of circuits and now it's Gin's running safety talk :)

The Zuma dance party should be lots of fun. Sounds like a good way to burn some calories and stay fit.
