SFT sprint triathlon

Loved it 
I wanted to have a lovely relaxed morning, no pressure, just swim bike run.
Swim was great
Bike def but faster than I was hoping for
Run felt fine, decided I could have kept going if I needed to
Groin a bit sore but figured I'd just biked 20km before the run so that may have contributed to a bit of soreness
Basically I reckon  I'm just not quite strong enough. 
But I will be

23:24 Sunday night
Glutes are a bit sore
Quads are a bit sore 
Calves are a bit sore 
My massage with Lizzy tomorrow is perfect timing.
