It's been awhile since I posted.
Finally feel as if getting back to training - diabetes diagnosis was quite a shock although I've already lost half a stone so also quite a timely wake up call!!!
Painted pottery with my young person today after tea and croissant with Suzanne and Jenny in Gods House Tower.
Then ended up cycling to Winchester from Gosport as suddenly no trains!!
So approx 25 miles / 2:30 hours later - I'm at Piecarumba with Clare, Cliffie and E.

Just had a lovely bath in my premier inn hotel room 🤗
Approx 30miles / 50k of cycling - about 3 hours although I'd of been about 20mins quicker as google directions got me utterly lost in Gosport then my front bike light ran out of juice just before going along the Itchen Navigational Way in the pitch black. Siiiigh.
