foot still hurts but as Abel so rightly pointed out - i can still do sit ups and other such exercises. thanks A. useful advice - as always.

Month 3 day 28 - 93 days to go...
finally went to the gym today - wahoooooooooo
and re-signed up with dan - going to do two 30 minute sessions a week with him for the next 3 months. operation fit and healthy just got serious!
although my right foot is feeling well dodgy - no idea what i've done but it doesn't feel right - will be very pissed off if it's not okay by tomorrow.

Month 3 day 26 - 95 days till the great south run
fabulous zumba session tonight. plus i remembered to wear my sports bra this time so was able to throw myself around all over the place.
top fun.
also, thanks to my dear friend and colleague, the lovely Caryl Eyers - i am now able to take sponsorship from all my wonderful friends and family.
my slight anxiety is that i'm now committed to doing the run and it's a heck of a long way - TEN miles - that's SEVENTEEN kms. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek.

Month 3 day 25 it's now 96 days till the Great South Run eeeeeeeeeeeek
she's baaaaaaack!
and exactly the same weight as i was when i started my training back on the 1st of May.
no more cake
it's just going to be healthy eating and lots of excersize from here on in. plus i'll be taking sponsorship any day now - so no turning back...
