122 days to go - am I getting enough protein?

Nadine and Age at the gym laughing at me trying to find x2 dumbbells of 6k or 7k. Ended up with x1 6k & x1 7k 😂

Am I getting enough protein?
I have upped my Greek yoghurt on my berries and overnight oats.
I've started taking nuts and dried fruit to work as a snack
I had a burger for tea at Trego lounge with Silvia.

I need to make sure I'm getting enough. 1.5-2g per protein per kg of body weight. Which means I need approx 100g of protein minimum each day. Will need to work on this
