A weekend of being active

Def feel as if I'm getting back to a semblance of normality albeit doing a lot less but feeling just as knackered!!!

My first Southampton parkrun since my accident 43mins chatting non stop to Penny & Jo then to the Bellmoor for breakfast to celebrate Penny's 50th parkrun and the fact she's over from NZ

Walked home 

Knackered

Drinks in the dancing man that evening

Early to bed

Sunday early start to cycle to the Bakehouse in Beaulieu with Sue, Jenny A and Charlotte. 45km. Could have easily have done more but needed to be back in time for brunch at Vik's

Then jet washing at K&S's

Am now shattered

So happy xx
