Poster girl for next years New Forest middle distance tri 🤗

I'd just got out of the water. I was so happy!!!! 

1/9/23 just managed to walk for 16seconds without any crutches

1/9/24 just finished the 400m swim and about to head out on a 33k bike ride and 5k run. 

Every atom of my being was joy 🤩
