First tri club track session since pre accident

Bloody loved it 
Hills are our friend 
Up and down the 1st hill
Run to 1st lamppost and back 2nd and back 3rd and back 4th & 5th - did this 3 times. 

Feeling okay 
Coach Kelly said my running form looked good
I took it steady but did the whole session
Cycled there and back - great warm up / cool down 

Very happy 
Am loving doing Genma's online coaching - I'm getting a routine back and it's fabulous
