Tough HB session

Holy crap that was hard!!!!

Shattered!

Managed 40mins at HB this morning but could have easily of stopped within 10mins. Luckily kelly and Yvette kept me going for another thirty mins!!!

Squash later, work at noon. Jet washing tomorrow first thing then London. 

HB after a race = tough

Carl and I struggled through an 85% session this morning. Was tough.

Then celebrated with Dominic's pizza  oven. 

Oh and IM Wales was on today. They started at 7am and last person I was tracking came in just over 14 hours later!!! Amazing HB / STC crew.

Finished early 1:45pm to go jet wash

4.75 hours of jet washing 

Cycled to the track - 35mins of hills

Cycled to A's - tea / food / catch up with XX and college

Home.
