Do you have any major concerns?

Yes, yes I do

Days 3-5 of the Easter weekend…

Well those three days have been mainly spent eating with my family and a cuppa with my mate Clairee.

So no #GettingRideLondonReady for 72 hours 🤗

I am cycling tomorrow though
Phew xx

Day2 of the Easter weekend

6.5km in 50mins with my little brother on Ashtead Common.
Top fun. Great run.

So looking looking forward to the RR10s that start this Wednesday 🤗

Day one of the Easter weekend

Fabulous 60km bike ride plus 7.5km out and back = another 75km #GettingRideLondonReady 🤗
Out with Suzanne - such a glorious morning for cycling plus bumped into Len and Jane in Steff's Kitchen in Beaulieu

One pork pie, one sultana scone (bit claggy so I won't be taking scones for Ride London), one peanut butter, marmite and jam sandwich and some apple slices.
At least one bottle of water and a large cup of tea.

Then off to Surrey for Easter with the Family ❤️

75km. Fabulous Sunday. Practicing my nutrition.

Fabulous day of cycling and snacking with friends 🤗
Left the flat just after 9am.
Got back just before 4pm.

75km of cycling.
About 4 hours of actual moving time.
About 3 hours of drinking tea, snacking, having lunch, following the Highway Code and hugging friends.

Pretty bloody brilliant.
#BestFunEver
#GettingRideLondonReady 🎉

And incase you were wondering…
I came home with my peanuts, oaty bar and some apple slices.

I consumed over the 7 hours:
Copious amounts of tea, a bottle of water (with some salt added) a sultana scone, a pork pie, some apple slices, a banana and then for lunch two slices of toast with peanut butter and marmite, some cheese, some Cadbury's fruit and nut chocolate and an orange.

Just sorting out some RideLondon nutrition options 😂

Although there should be plenty of feed stations on the ride with shed loads of yummy cycling food.
Which is why I need to make sure I can comfortably average 25km/h so I've got time to enjoy the food stops and still make the cut off xx

Saturday morning Tri club routine

I have now got my Saturday morning Tri club routine down to a fine art.
Although it really only works if Jenny and/ or Suzanne are also swimming 🤔

Let me take you through this morning…

Met Jenny in the Quays carpark 7:50am
Went for a 43 minute 6km run

Followed by approx 1750m of Tri club swimming in the pool 9-10am

Followed by after swim tea/coffee/cake catch up with my awesome  Tri club buddies till about 11am

You then feel utterly epic for the rest of the  day knowing you have had a good run and swim all before 11am 🤗
